MY BACKGROUND
My name is Gabrielle Small, I have been working with Charlotte-Mecklenburg Schools since 2008 where I started as a Child Psychology intern, American Reads tutor, 1 on 1 Special Needs Assistant, Substitute Teacher grades K – 12 and Reading Teacher supporting grades 3-5. I use a personalized approach and incorporate technology to help kids learn math and reading, furthermore turning B’s into A’s and frustration into confidence!
